Made a call this afternoon was here in 2 hours fixed the issue in a few mins. This company has always been great with us and highly recommend them to anyone.

This weekend, my furnace stopped working. I got a hold of Jeff Martino, who I know and he sent me Martino HVAC’s emergency number. I called them and was put in touch with one of their technicians who tried troubleshooting. We arranged a time and the technician showed me and my wife a picture of a spider that had caused our furnace to malfunction. Very thankful for the service.

I had a tune-up for my furnace and the young gentleman JP was amazing. He answered all my questions and had a thorough knowledge of my entire system. He was very polite and patient with any questions I had. You should have more guys like this at your company! Great service!

Adam came last week to quote a new unit for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the options available and gave us his honest opinion on what he would do if it was his house. He was excellent to communicate with via email and overall a pleasure to work with. Brett and Tom came to my house today to install a new A/C unit. They arrived right on time and were extremely pleasant and professional. They did a great job on the installation and left the areas that they worked in spotless. Thanks for the great job guys!

Yezdi Sheriar was on time for the service and very courteous. He did a great check-up and service of my air conditioning systems and also went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips on house furnace/HRV/Humidifier maintenance. As always 5 stars from me for the great work you guys do on taking care of the HVAC systems in my house.

Martino has serviced my furnace and AC for a few years. Excellent service every time. Recently they went above and beyond when I was in a jam after having my gas meter replaced and a leak was found. A huge shout out to Adam for taking the lead and managing the process, and to Leone who came after hours to fix the problem. Keep up the good work!

Our old system was an unusual setup, and they had great recommendations/modifications to get the new equipment in. Our Carrier furnace broke after 15 years. We needed to replace the furnace immediately especially when my wife is 8 months pregnant. We called Reliance, Enercare, and Costco. All three provided a ridiculous cost and poor service package. I searched online and came across Martino Contracting on Homestars. I read the positive reviews and decided to call them. The sales rep, Adam, was extremely helpful and very patient with us. We asked Adam about 3,000 questions and he answered them all without any signs of frustration. When Adam provided us with the quote, the service package, and the warranty on the Goodman furnace, we could not believe it. The package also included EcoBee3 smart thermostat, which was a sweet bonus. As soon as we signed the papers, we had Todd and Jordan the next day install the furnace for us. They did a wonderful and professional job with the installation. They even cleaned the area after the installation was completed! Right after the installation of the furnace was complete, we had Dan come over to complete the installation of the EcoBee3 smart thermostat. Dan was professional and answered all our questions on how to set up the thermostat, especially on our phones. I must say that I very rarely come across a Canadian company that is truly genuine in servicing its customers. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction, to which they have achieved success. I wish other organizations whose number one priority is revenue and money to learn from these guys. I will definitely recommend Martino Contracting to family and friends. Jp was fast and efficient when he came to my home, He made sure to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending Jp to my friends and family!
